Inorder to be promoted, one must meet the requirements for every rank:
  1. Cadet -> SeeD - 10 days of activeness in the company.
  2. SeeD -> White SeeD - Recruiting,welcoming and helping new members through information or dungeon.
  3. White SeeD -> Elite SeeD - Reach level 50, Kill Hardmode Ifrit. This is the position for end game raiders
  4. Elite SeeD -> Instructor - Becoming someone the company needs. Someone you would always see online/chatting/helping(info/dungeon).
  5. Officer -Position currently unavailable at the moment
